Firstly, even with a small cell like this, it can be dangerous to try to repair it. If you accidentally short the battery terminals you could have a nasty fire. However, with the right equipment, and great care, it can be done.

Before you attempt anything, read through the linked thread. Its about how to make your own Bahoma-style cells. I know its long, but afterwards you will understand the construction of these cells and what you need to do to fix yours.
You absolutely need a soldering iron that you can set to 200 deg C (which is unusually low and such irons are hard to come by). This may allow you to reflow the special low temp solder that is used to attach the magnet to the tiny PCB that is inside the battery (which, in turn, is soldered to the actual lipo tabs). The soldering iron temperature is critical. IF YOU GO ABOVE 200 DEG C, YOU WILL DEMAGNETIZE THE MAGNET.
There probably is enough solder left to just reflow what's there, without having to go hunt down the special low temp solder that is used (you CANNOT use regular electronics solder). You will need to precisely position the magnet 10mm away from the other one, so a jig of some sort (as in the linked thread) would be useful. AND you must NOT get the magnetic polarities wrong on the repaired cell magnets.

P.S. -- I am assuming you still have the magnet that fell out. If not, you might be able to just order some of the special replacement magnets from Plantraco (call or email them). You could also order the "Bahoma Experimentors Kit" from Plantraco but for the cost, you may as well just buy a replacement cell.
