Poor Thrust - Poor Climb rate on Micro Butterfly or Micro Spitfire
We have had several reports of Micro Butterflies that were working fine but suddenly don't climb very well, and in some cases can't stay airborn at all.
If you find that your motor is spinning and the actuator in the tail is still moving, Firstly check that the propeller is on the right way around. The leading edge of the prop is fairly straight but the trailing edge has a nice curve in it. If it's backwards - it will not have enough thrust to fly.
Secondly, make sure that you are not using a battery that is too heavy. The Micro Butterfly is designed to fly with an LP20, if you are using a larger battery such as a LP30 or LP50 this will be too heavy for the plane to carry.
