Has my order shipped yet? Order Tracking

You will receive notification by Email once your order has shipped.

If your order is being shipped by a track able courier like FedEx or UPS, you will also get a tracking number that you can click and get full tracking detail from the FedEx or UPS websites directly.

You can also track your order from within your plantraco customer account area - log in and check your complete order history, recent orders, and status of all your orders, and again - the FedEx or UPS tracking number of your order can be found there.

We ship orders daily, but there are several circumstances in which your order may be delayed. If it is something related to your shipping address or payment method, we'll contact you by Email or Phone. If it's something to do with us, we're probably already working on it, hang in there, if you can see your order in your user account area, we have indeed received your order and are in the process of fulfilling and shipping your order.
