How to change props on GB05 gearbox
The GB05 gearbox has an innovative design in which the axle remains stationery and the propeller and spur gear are free to spin around the axle. The axle is a pin, and the head of the pin acts as a thrust bearing.
The flat carbon fiber propeller is first glued to a prop adapter, and the prop adapter is then friction fit to the spur gear itself. It is often glued here as well.
To remove a prop is easy, but only if you use the right tool. Get some sprue cutters (side cutters) like these: http://www.microflight.com/Online-Catalog/Tools-Supplies/PE-Sprue-Cutters These make the job is quite easy to do.
The following videos cover removing and installing propellers onto the GB05.

Be careful not to get CA glue on the gears or axle or you will ruin the gearbox. You do not need a lot of glue here.
