Video Help

If you're having problems loading and viewing our videos, you're in the right place! With a little bit of patience and determination, we'll hopefully get you viewing our dynamic video clips in short order - you'll feel like a multimedia genius! First of all, make sure that you have a computer and a connection to the internet. (It's obvious, but you'd be suprised at the questions we've heard!) Now that you're sitting at your computer, check to see if you have the QuickTime player and Flash 8 player installed. Some of our videos are presented as QuickTime format and some are available as Streaming Flash Video 8.

QuickTime
If you're using a Macintosh computer, you likely don't need to install Quicktime - it should come pre-installed on your computer. If you're using a Windows PC, the QuickTime Player is installed on many computers, but can also be downloaded from the internet as a free application. To download QuickTime (regardless of the computer you're using), click on the QuickTime button below:

Flash
Macromedia Flash should prompt you to download the newest version just by visiting a video page, It's a very small download and should only take a moment. If you have an earlier version of Flash installed and for some reason it does not prompt you to install Flash 9, you can click the Flash button below to install the newest version.

Get QuickTime - Free Download       Get Flash Player

Simply follow the directions to download the application. You may be prompted to upgrade your free QuickTime Player to a "Pro" version - but none of our Plantraco video files require this. After installation, you may need to restart your computer. If you are still having problems with QuickTime, visit the QuickTime Support Page for more help. Good Luck!
