MicroScout Assembly - Install Magnetic Actuators - episode 05

Watch and learn how to install magnetic actuators to the micro rc plane, as well as how to attach actuators to control services, and how to attach the control horn to the control rod. There are notches cut for the centering magnets, which can function as an alignment guide when you install the actuators. The tabs on the actuators should be held in place using the CA glue. Then connect the mini act actuators to the control surfaces. You can use RC-56, Weldbond, White Glue, UHU por or many other glues to hold the centering magnets on. Using thick CA glue does work, but many of our customers find that using other glue's is safer and easier the first time around as they are learning to handle our small actuators. MiniAct is easier than MicroAct. After watching the video a few times you'll be ready.
