HOW TO PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE:

STEP 1. Enter your name (so your recipient knows who your gift certificate is from).

STEP 2. Enter your recipients name and email address (if you want your gift certificate sent via email). If you want to give your gift certificate in person, or send it by mail, enter your email address instead. You will receive an email version of their gift certificate. IMPORTANT NOTE: once you submit your order, your recipient will receive an email notifying them that you have ordered a Plantraco Gift Certificate for them and that the gift certificate will be arriving soon (via email or mail). This is sent to the recipients email address. If you prefer them not to get a notice (ie: you want to surprise them)- use your email address in this field.

STEP 3. Type a message to your recipient. You can also leave this field blank.

STEP 4. Add your gift certificate to your cart and checkout as usual. The Gift Certificate promotion code will be sent by Email to the Email address you specified. Easy!

TO REDEEM YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE:

Shop Online: Enter your gift certificate code during the last stage of checkout in the "gift certificate" field.

Shop By Phone: Call us at 1-306-955-1836 and simply quote your gift certificate code.

THE FINE PRINT:

1. you may check the balance of your gift certificate at anytime during the checkout process online
2. Emailed gift certificates are not charged shipping
3. Plantraco gift certificates do not expire
5. If you do not use your entire gift certificate amount during one transaction, the remaining balance will remain for subsequent usage, until the balance of your gift certificate reaches zero.
6. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Once issued they may not be redeemed for cash.
7. should you wish to return product that was purchased via a gift certificate, the portion of that order that was paid for by gift certificate will be refunded back to the original gift certificate for further purchases. It is best to keep your gift certificate for 60 days after it has been used in case you wish to return a product.
8. please protect your gift certificate code. Your Plantraco Microflight gift certificate cannot be replaced if it is lost or stolen. Once your gift certificate has been fully used, it will no longer be valid.
